Supplementing his prior testimony at the NIOSH Zadroga Act Implementation public hearing on March 3, 2011 regarding Ground Zero and cancer, Troy Rosasco of Turley Hansen & Partners submitted written comments to NIOSH recently regarding the inclusion of certain cancers among the list of WTC illnessses covered by the Zadroga 9/11 Act.
