Will Zadroga 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund Application Forms be Ready on October 3rd?
The 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund Final Rules state that the Fund will be "open" to receive claims next Monday, October 3, 2011. However, to date, the all important 9/11 VCF application forms and claim filing instructions have not been posted on the Department of Justice website. As a result, the reality will be that few if any claims will be "filed" by claimants starting next Monday.
