Zadroga Act Lawyer Hansen Appears on CNN and FOX News to Discuss Cancer Insult
Daniel J. Hansen of Turley Hansen & Partners appeared last week on CNN and Fox News to criticize the decision of Dr. John Howard of NIOSH to exclude cancer from the conditions covered for both treatment and compensation under the Zadroga 9/11 Act. The failure of the federal government to currently include certain cancers for Zadroga 9/11 Act health benefits and compensation is an national disgrace.
